[li]Age Limit:[/li] You must be legal age in your location and provide a real birth date upon signup. Providing false information to get around this rule will result in the account being removed and you will be required to rejoin upon turning legal adult age in your location. If you decide to make anther account with a different alias, you will be discovered. Staff can see all users IP addresses, we will keep a list off all banned accounts IP address to make sure we miss no one. When you are discovered your IP, email and usernames will be permanently banned. You will never be able to return to the non-human soul, even as a guest.

[li]Name Changes:[/li] As you can see there is an ability to change your username on this forum at any time. If it was up to the staff you would have to request a name change, but since we can't do that. You can only change your username once every two months, after changing your name please post in the introductions "Hey this is <name>, I just changed my username." Failure to do so will result in the three strike policy.

[li]Offensive usernames:[/li] This is self explanatory, DO NOT USE OFFENSIVE NAMES. If you have an offensive name the name will be changed and you will receive a warning. This rule goes by the three strike policy, final strike will result in a ban.

[li]Grammar & Spelling:[/li] Here at the non-human soul we require you to use proper English (American please, British is ok); text speak, slang, shorthand is not permitted. This is to prevent confusion, If you wish to show anger or laughing please use the awesome emoticons

[li]Be Mature:[/li] Even if you are not physically an adult, we expect you to act like one. Regardless of what happens you must act like an adult, which means you must be honest. No: fake/misleading information, lying, over exaggerating, making up stories. We do expect you to give accurate personal information, but it is not required. We respect your privacy.

The non-human soul will have subject matters that you may find offensive, no matter the topic. This community could easily become (or already is) a melting pot of diversity. You will run into people will all sorts of views and different kinds of backgrounds.
You are not required to agree or support anything you find offensive here, but you ARE required to bite back your tongue. Tolerate these differences and be courteous to people with these differences or believes. You are allowed to disagree as long as you are not disruptive. Constructive criticism is a good way to approach such disagreements.

[li]Non-super serious:[/li] This forum would like you to keep on topic and have a good time as well. If you go off topic please try and return to topic as soon as possible. If topics get off topic for more then two pages staff will kindly remind you to go back to topic a total of 3 separate times. If you fail to do so the topic will be locked.

[li]Neutral Territory:[/li]
Here at the non-human soul, we understand if you have grudges against a specific user. Not everyone will get along in the community, it's a fact of life. But no matter how little you get along, The non-human soul is Neutral Territory. You are not allowed to badmouth other users or communities, no matter how much you dislike them (unless you are warning someone of a pure fluffer community). Personal fights are to be left at the door and not brought here. Basically, don't say “[Name of other community] sucks!” or “[User] is a horrible person.”
This is part of being mature.
Exception: If you are posting in the "review a community" section, you can badmouth other communities AS LONG as you have a GOOD reason. Such as fluff over running.

[li]Foul Language:[/li] Foul Language is allowed here, with a few exceptions. You are allowed to cuss as long as it is not directed at someone or in excessive amounts. You can say "Damn it all!" but not say "Damn you bitch!"
Exceptions (not allowed): Whore, Cunt, Cock, ect. You get my drift, excessively foul language is no tolerated here.

[li]Harassment:[/li] Harassment of any kind is not tolerated on this forum. Calling someone harsh names, parroting, religion thumping, racism, speciesism, sexism, countryism, basically any form of discrimination is not tolerated here on the non-human soul. Three strikes your out policy.

[li]Pornography:[/li] Yes we are of the age to legally look at things like pornography. Does that mean it is allowed here at the non-human soul? No it is strictly prohibited, posting any pornographic images will result in an instant ban without warning or email. You know what you've done

[li]Unwanted Messaging:[/li] Please do not send junk mail, spam, chain letters, religious mail, joke letters, solicitations, or any other nuisance contact, whether through e-mail, private message, or instant message to Help Staff or any other member. If you wish to share something with someone, please ask, otherwise we ask that you don't waste our time in dealing with these unwanted messages, both directly and indirectly.
Sending mass PM's is another part of unwanted messaging. Mass PM's have a three strike your out policy, no email just banned.

[li]Illegal Content and Actions:[/li] Do not post any illegal, objectionable, or inappropriate material on the non-human soul. This means the posting of, but not limited to, illegal download sites, warez, viruses, admitting to the use, buying, selling, or in possession of illegal drugs, and so forth. As previously mentioned, you are responsible for yourself and your actions and agree to take responsibility for any consequences that may occur.

[li]Multiple Accounts:[/li] The creation of multiple accounts here is not allowed unless permitted by Staff. Anyone with two accounts used by a single person may have their accounts restricted or removed completely, although this is on a case-by-case basis. Don't make two accounts and you'll be fine.

[li]Site Moderation:[/li] You acknowledge that this site has moderators and that your posts/topics may be moved, edited, or closed for a reason a member of the Staff sees fit. We do not moderate because we wish to censor people. We moderate to ensure that the non-human remains a clutter-free, neutral territory, and safe haven for our users. If a staff deletes a post or topic you will receive a private message explaining why.

[li]Reporting Problems:[/li] Since non-human soul has an entirely volunteer staff, we cannot be all-knowing, all-seeing beings. We require the help of our users to alert us to problem users, posts, and topics that we may not have been able to catch or look over. Please use the “Report Post” button on the post to alert the Staff, and who ever is available first will be able to address the issue with back up from other Staff members if necessary.

[li]Necroposting[/li] Necroposting is when a user revives an older thread that is considered "dead" and inactive. It is perfectly fine to revive older threads, however we require everyone to add something useful to the topic. Do not revive an old thread if the only thing you have to say is "I agree with you." Add something useful and substantial to the topic please. By replying to older threads, it helps save space on the forum and keeps things nice and organized. So before you create a new thread, use the Search feature to see if a similar topic already exists before you post a new thread.

[li]Post skimming then replying:[/li] Skimming over someones post and then replying is not tolerated here. The admins personally have run into this issues multiple times, it does not end well. If you are going to skim people topics and then reply, you should not be here. With excessively bad cases of post skimming banning may become an option. This measure will only be taken after multiple warnings.
